Our phone contacts are open 24/7 for the business days (Monday to Saturday). In case you are experiencing a problem with any of our products, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work together with you and the mechanic to try to find the cause of the problem. We will try to solve the issue while the part is still installed in the car. If the issue cannot be solved while the part is still in the car, we will then authorize for a warranty replacement. We will need to have the warranty part picked up and shipped back before we can ship out a replacement.
Kindly note that all exchanged and/or returned products must be returned in their original condition and must be accompanied with their original sales receipt.
